If you are unable to access your device's pin code please follow the steps below to reset your device and pin code.
Troubleshooting Steps:
Ensure that the device is powered OFF.
With the power off, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN key and the POWER key until the device’s logo appears.
When the logo appears, let go of the buttons.
Touch ‘Reset’, then click ‘Okay’ to confirm.
The device will power cycle.
Follow the set up prompts.
