If you are unable to access the internet or apps are moving slowly please follow the steps below to troubleshoot slow data.
How To Troubleshoot:
Ensure the device is powered on.
Tap or long press the Overview button in the lower-left or lower-right corner of your screen. For navigation gestures, swipe up and hold the lower-left corner.
You should see your recently opened apps. Swipe up an app to close it.
To close all open apps at once, tap Close all. Apps should be closed.
Open a new application to test if the data speed has improved.
If data is still not loading please contact the Excess Support Chat team to purchase additional high speed data.
