If you are unable to access your data to use applications please follow the steps below to troubleshoot your device.
Wi-Fi Troubleshooting
Turn Wi-Fi off.
Check to see if you are still unable to access the internet.
If you are able to access the internet, with Wi-Fi off please contact your Internet service provider to evaluate your Wi-Fi strength.
If you are still unable to access the internet please proceed to the steps listed below.
Perform a Network Reset
Pull down the notifications screen & tap on Settings.
Tap System.
Tap Advanced.
Tap Reset Options.
Tap Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth.
If these steps do not solve your issue please contact the Excess Telecom Support team for further troubleshooting steps.
