How can I troubleshoot data issues?

If you are unable to access your data to use applications please follow the steps below to troubleshoot your device.


Wi-Fi Troubleshooting

  1. Turn Wi-Fi off.

  2. Check to see if you are still unable to access the internet.

    1. If you are able to access the internet, with Wi-Fi off please contact your Internet service provider to evaluate your Wi-Fi strength.

    2. If you are still unable to access the internet please proceed to the steps listed below.



Perform a Network Reset 

Performing a network reset will erase all network settings on your device, including Wi-Fi networks, mobile data settings, and Bluetooth connections. This action will revert these settings to their default state.



For Android:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to System (or General Management on some devices).
  3. Tap Reset or Reset Options.
  4. Select Reset Network Settings.
  5. Confirm and restart your device.

For iPhone (iOS):

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to GeneralTransfer or Reset iPhone.
  3. Tap Reset.
  4. Select Reset Network Settings.
  5. Enter your passcode if prompted and confirm.
  6. Your device will restart.
