To Reset on Excess Telecom Website
1. Go to https://myaccount.excesstelecom.com/Login.php.
2. Click the Forgot Password button under Account Login.
3. Fill out the email, zip code, and last four digits of the social associated with the Excess account.
4. Check your email for a password reset email. Follow the prompts to complete the password reset.
