Unlock your Mint Mobile phone effortlessly by following these simple steps below!
To unlock your phone please see these requirements:
- The locked device must have been activated on Mint Mobile’s service for at least 12 months.
- The account associated with the device must be in good standing, meaning no outstanding balances or violations of the terms of service.
- The device must not be reported as lost or stolen.
To Unlock your phone:
- Visit the Mint Mobile Help Center.
- Search for the device unlocking section.
- Fill out the unlock request form with your account information and device IMEI number.
- Submit the request and wait for confirmation.
- Follow the instructions received via email to complete the unlock process.
OR
- Call Mint Mobile Customer Service at 213-372-7777.
- Provide your account details and device IMEI number.
- If your device is eligible, the representative will guide you through the unlocking process.
Additional Notes:
Mint Mobile follows the CTIA’s Consumer Code for Wireless Service to unlock devices.
Military personnel can request unlocking without the 12-month service requirement by providing deployment documentation.
