No SIM Card Error

If your device reads "No SIM card error" please follow the steps below to resolve "No SIM card error."

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Ensure that the SIM Card is seated properly in the device. 

2. Check for updates:

   1. Pull down the notifications screen & tap on Settings.

   2. Tap System.

   3. Tap Advanced.

   4. Tap System Update.

   5. Tap Check for update.

   6. If any updates are available, proceed with installing them.

   7. Once the installations are complete, restart the phone.
      
      

3. If updates do not work, SIM card may be damaged.
