How can I check my account status?

To see if your account is still active with Excess Telecom please follow the steps below. 

  1. Navigate to https://myaccount.excesstelecom.com/Login.php

  2. Check the account status by submitting your Enrollment ID and Zip Code. 

  1. If the account is active you will see:
